I understand that the unit at Aderyn (formerly Beechwood House) opened on
25 September, despite concerns from Goytre residents.
I also understand that several people in Goytre have requested a copy of the report conducted by HIW on Beechwood House/Aderyn's change of use , yet no reports have yet been received.
Since the unit is now in operation, I assume that the report has been completed and that HIW has authorised the change of use.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a copy of this report asap.
