28th SEPTEMBER LETTER TO CAERPHILLY CBC ASKING THEM TO SUGGEST TO MON CC THEY SHOULD SUPPORT OUR CAUSE

Dear CCBC Planning,

It's good to see that you & WAG are challenging the Cambrian Healthcare proposals in Rhymney.

We have a similar problem in Goytre, Nr Pontypool, Monmouthshire, of which David Davies is looking into - see attached.

To add weight to your case could you persuade Monmouthshire County Council Planning to join with you and WAG in calling for this 'Change of Use' to require planning.

At Goytre, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales are currently reviewing Partnerships in Cares Ltd's request for a change in registration - and I understand that the application is currently awaiting clarification on a few points, incl possibly this very issue.

Anything you can do to help our cause in Goytre would be very much appreciated.

Regards,

David Owen
