26th SEPTEMBER Request for clarification from Barrie Crosbie Director of Aderyn

Dear Mr Crosbie,

See my e-mail below to HIW, and Helen Nethercotts response dated 25th Sept 2006 attached.

Can you please answer a few questions?

1. When do you anticipate opening Beechwood House/Aderyn?

2. Will you please let us know when you plan to open - with a bit
of notice.

3. What Special Provisions have you made for the safety of our
children whilst staying at Goytre House Lodge?

4. What Special Provisions have you made for the safety of the
pupils @ Goytre Fawr Primary School, and within the village generally?

5. Can you please confirm if any of the patients will be allowed to
roam free within the grounds? Or will ALL be kept locked in?

6. If we see a patient roaming (un-escorted) outside Goytre House
Lodge in the grounds to Goytre House/Beechwood House/Aderyn, or outside the
grounds should we inform the police?

7. How will we know which patients are free to roam, and which
could possibly be absconding?
