Dear Helen

Many thanks for the FOI information regarding the Llanarth Absconders whichI safely received Saturday.I would be grateful if you could E mail me a summary of the findings with regard to your recent inspection concerning the change of use at BeechwoodHouse/Aderyn.

You will appreciate we are keen to know if a license for the change of use has been granted URGENTLY as if it has I as a school Governor I need to ensure that the Governing body address the issue immediately.I ask for this because ts been brought to my attention that Llanarth patients are to be relocated there in under 2 weeks, and I would be shocked to hear that's a possibility having not received any communication from HIWto that effect.

Please note that currently the school have no policies and procedures inplace.

We will require a copy of the full report as soon as it is available in the Public Domain.
I also need to ascertain if you have any information on Llansabeth Farm another Partnerships in Care facility placed in Lower Llanover.

Finally in the event that a license is approved we request written confirmation of the individual who is ultimately responsible should any incident at all occur in the future.
